Sales

All new products carry their own manufacturer’s warranty. Any new unopened product may be refunded or exchanged within 10 days of the original purchase date. Opened items may be returned within ten days subject to a 10% restock fee and must be in new, unused condition with all original undamaged packing materials. We are unable to accept returns after 10 days.

Opened iPods and iPads may be returned within ten days subject to a 15% restock fee.

Speciality ordered items may be returned within 10 days subject to a 25% restock fee.

Printers with opened ink or toner are subject to a 30% restock fee.

Batteries, cables, screen protectors, single-use products, software, in-ear or over-ear headphones, open box, sale & clearance items are not returnable.

Labor & Training costs are not refundable.  AppleCare+ and GatorGuard products are nonrefundable through GatorTec. For AppleCare+ refunds, please call 800-APL-CARE, for GatorGuard refunds, please call Safeware at 800-800-1492.

No in-store cash refunds on purchases over $100. GatorTec will refund any sale over $100 by check mailed to customer within 7 to 10 business days.

Prices are subject to substantial change without notice. All prices are final at time of sale. Minimum $25 fee for returned checks plus bank charges. Unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, invoice shall be paid in full within 15 days of its creation.  If charges are not paid in full by their due date, a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annum) will be charged to the customer. No in-store cash refunds on purchases over $100. GatorTec will refund any sale over $100 by check mailed to customer within 7 to 10 business days. All GatorGuard (SafeWare) Accidental Damage Repairs require a $250 deductible paid by the customer as per Terms and Conditions of the SafeWare Warranty.

Absolutely! You can bring your product in to the store or use the online portal to get a quote and start the process. Once you approve your final quote, you will receive a store credit or GatorTec gift card that you can use towards the purchase of a new machine. GatorTec does not pay cash for trade ins.

Yes we do! Our inventory is dependent upon trade in’s, so please visit out Open Box page or or visit the store to inquire about our current used computer selection and pricing.

Service

Yes, there is a diagnostic fee of $59.95. This can be applied toward the final cost of labor if you choose to move forward with your repair.

The diagnostic fee covers the cost of having one of our expert technicians assess your computer. They do a full test on your hardware and software to identify what is causing your computer troubles. Once they have assessed your computer, they will give you a call to explain the repair. If you give them the go-ahead they get started! When you come in to pick up your computer, the diagnostic fee can then be applied to any additional labor costs needed to fix your computer.

Each repair varies based on the complexity of the issue and repair. The number of computers we have checked in can also determine the length of repair. Our typical turnaround is 3-5 business days.

Yes! We have loaner computers available for $50. You may keep the computer as long as your computer is checked in for service.

Absolutely. Any time a device is worked on for hardware or software issues, there is a chance that data could be lost. Training

We suggest you bring your own device to training, since it will be the on you’re using when you leave. However, you are always welcome to use a store machine to facilitate your training.

Yes! We offer a variety of group classes. A current schedule can be found by visiting our training page. We also can custom tailor a group training for you. Please call the store to learn more.

There is no set curriculum for 1-on-1 classes. Our trainers will review nearly any subject you’d like to learn more about related to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. You can visit our training page for a list of common topics covered in classes, or stop by the store to speak with our trainer!
