Gatortec offers one hour of personal instruction (either in-store or remotely) for only $69. If you just need a specific issue covered we have half hour sessions for just $39.

One-On-One In-Store Training
Where do I go to get training?
GatorTec is happy to offer training at our Tioga Town Center Store. We have a wonderful training area, free from noise and distractions to focus on any subject you need.
What do I need to bring?
We always prefer you bring your own computer so when you learn something new it is on the machine you use everyday, but if you can’t bring it with, we are happy to provide one of our in-store demo machines for any training.

What is remote training?
Remote training is where a staff member from GatorTec remotely controls your computer while talking to you over video chat or a phone. It is a relatively new method of training and is proving very useful to many people who can’t find the time to come to a store for training.
Is it secure?
Absolutely! GatorTec takes your security very seriously. We use only the finest applications to help with your training and when we are done, we show you how to uninstall any software we might have installed so there is no way we can ever log back into your computer unless you schedule another training.

There are some basic requirements for remote training, first you have to have a high speed internet connection - this can be a cable model, DSL or other high speed connection. Other then that, we will walk you thru any software you need to install (many times the software is built right in).
