Your warranty is handled by AppleCare, and covers any hardware issues for 3 years from the date of purchase, and Safeware handles any deductibles or service fees during these 3 years (yes, even accidental damage, like screen cracks and liquid!).

Initial Device Set Up

Initial Device Set Up

Each GatorGuard membership includes an initial in-store set up of your new device. One of our Apple Product Specialists will work with you one-on-one for a 15-minute set up of your new Mac, iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch. This includes setting up your user account, connecting your device to your Apple ID or iCloud, signing in to one email address, and a brief overview of applications. The initial device set up will help you get your new device home and working. If you feel you need additional help with your new Mac or iPad, discounted training can be scheduled with one of our Apple Trainers.
