Delivery times - if placed before 12 pm we attempt same day. If after 12 but before 3 pm we try same day but could be next business day. If after 3 pm, next business day. You will be contacted by a GatorTec courier before delivery.

iOS Restores are something that can be handled at home if you prefer or in-store. We are unable to provide phone support for this issue.

We can definitely help you with your device. We offer the following options for repairing your device. (Turn around time from when we ship the empty box to you is 5-7 business days for iPhone and 7-9 for Mac and iPad).

SRO pickups are M-F. If the SRO is created before noon pickup is typically same day. If created between 12 and 3 we try for same day but might be tomorrow. If after 3 pm pickup is next business day.

Mail-in Service Fees for Shipping. (While you may have AppleCare, shipping fees to GatorTec are not covered by AppleCare. If you would like to call AppleCare for ship to home options, please call 800-275-2273). Shipping costs include shipping a secure Apple approved box to you, your product being shipped to us (with insurance) and the cost of shipping your repaired product back to you (again with insurance).

Please create a SRO with all customer info (including name, phone, and email). Include serial number (if possible) and problem description. Set status to either iOS Phone Support or Mac Phone Support
Slack the appropriate channel #iosremote or #macremote and ask how many calls are in line (or check the Lightspeed Trackers). Quote estimated time of 20 minutes per SRO ahead of the customer. Explain that a iOS or Mac technician will call to help them and that it runs $30 which the tech will collect at the start of the call.
